You can always remove from your shopping cart any item (product) that you do not want before the order is processed.

You can change your order before it is processed. Keep in mind that changes are always possible if the value of the newly selected items does not exceed the value of the initially selected ones.

Every item without indication “Out of stock” is available for purchase. If any item (product) is not available and/or it will no longer be manufactured, we will make sure to remove it from the Site in due time. The unavailable sizes of each item (product) are marked in grey, and they cannot be selected.

Yes, except in the cases when the items (products) are handmade; in such cases minimum differences are possible.

Where can I receive my order on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria?
Your order can be delivered to a Speedy office or to a specified address on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
What is the price and term of delivery of my order?
The term of delivery to a Speedy office or to your specified address on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria shall be from 1 (one) to 2 (two) business days. The delivery is free of charge within the Republic of Bulgaria. You will be notified about the actual day and time of delivery by text message (SMS) to your specified contact telephone.
International deliveryYour order can be delivered outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria to other member-states of the European Union and the European Economic Area, as well as all around the world (outside the EU/EEA).
The term of delivery to your specified address shall be, as follows:
• Delivery to states in the European Union: from 2 (two) to 3 (three) business days. The price of delivery shall be EUR 10 (ten).
• Deliveries to states outside the European Union: from 3 (three) to 5 (five) business days. The price of delivery shall be EUR 20 (twenty).

The items (products) must be in perfect commercial condition (unused, not washed, with their internal labels intact) and with their receipt. Items (products) can be returned to the “Verychi” store at the following address: Bulgaria, Sofia, 40 Gen. Gurko Str., free of charge, as well as by courier at the expense of the customer. Any goods purchased can be returned within 30 (thirty) days from receipt.
When will I receive the amount from the return?
If the return is approved (the items (products) are in a perfect commercial condition and the internal labels are intact), you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us and the amount paid by you for the respective item (product) will be repaid within several days (keep in mind that payments always depend on your bank). The amount will be paid via wire transfer to your specified bank account.
Can I replace items (products)?
We do not have an option for replacement of items (products).
